while everett was here last month, we celebrated his second birthday!

this picture makes me laugh, too. It's so typical. Miles is as happy as he can be and if you look at logan's face, she is not so happy. Miles is busy destroying and logan is screaming; miles is so oblivious! poor logan!

Logan is very into dressing herself these days. Her outfits are quite 'fashionable.' She usually wears a "warm and cubbly" shirt and shorts. "No dresses!" If we're going somewhere we compromise.... She wears what I pick out and then she gets to change back into her warm and cuddly shirt when we get home.

july

At the beginning of july, we spent a few nights at the lake. Logan went fishing for the first time and caught her first fish (or two.) She loved it!

grandmama knows how to catch the big fish!

Woogy also had a good time. Within the first few hours of being at the lake, he managed to get two hooks stuck in him. He swam non-stop and also tried to pull the boat to shore with the tubing rope!

Miles is pretty serious about his sunglasses. He insists on wearing them quite frequently. Occasionally, he'll lift them up if he needs to see something better.

Sorry friends. I've been very bad about blogging this summer! We've been pretty busy... swimming, playing, trying to keep cool, visiting grandparents, etc. Here are some pictures from june.

Miles loves to sit at the little table. Here he is playing with stickers. Kind of dangerous... not sure where those stickers may end up! This was actually one of the first times he sat at the table by himself. Now, he's an animal... he loves to climb up there and stand on the chair. Such a bad boy!

Miles loves babies (jordan is beginning to accept this.) ;) He especially loves his "day-dees." Here, he is putting his sunglasses on the baby.
