halloween
Logan had her very first sucker ever on halloween day. She is forever changed. We pretty much hear about suckers every day.
We went to a little fall festival. Logan thoroughly enjoyed bouncing in the inflatable bounce houses and we all enjoyed a hay ride.
And here is the bumblebee.
This girl was SO excited about halloween. She told us she was ready for halloween every day. As a matter of fact, she's still telling us that she's ready for halloween. ....then she says she's ready for thanksgiving.

birthday party fun
Logan and I recently attended a birthday party for our friend, Savannah. Unfortunately, these are the only pictures I got. Logan had a blast sliding on the big inflatable slide. I also had a great time and it was so good to see old friends!

seven months
My little buddy is seven months old! He's such a little person now. He is grabbing for everything within his reach and holding on to it with a vice grip. This grip sometimes includes Logan's ear, hair or clothes in which she appropriately responds by shrieking until I can pry his little slimy paws off. He loves putting everything in his mouth. He is a paci addict and is proficient at picking them up and putting them in his mouth. Hallelujah! This means my days (and nights!) of being a pacifier retriever are nearly over. Now, I litter his crib with at least three pacifiers in hopes that he can find one to pop in his mouth when he wakes up. He is still waking at least once, often twice, at night to eat. He's now eating a fruit puree in the morning and oatmeal cereal and a vegetable at dinner. Just this last week has he really gotten into food. Before, he had just not been interested at all. Now he gets a little bit excited when he sees food coming his way.
Miles continues to be such a joyful and sweet boy. He's always smiling and talking and blowing raspberries. We don't think it will be long before he's mobile. I'm almost hyperventilating thinking about how hectic life is about to get. Miles is a busy boy right now. I can't imagine how busy he's going to be once he's crawling!
these boots were made for walking
I bought Logan some target FUGGs (Faux UGGs,) the other day and she is so excited. I personally, am not a fan of them for myself, but I think they're absolutely hilarious on her. She thinks they're her cowboy boots. She puts them on and says she "Needs to giddy up." =) She is a funny girl.
Here is my smiley boy. He is all smiles pretty much all the time. Of course, he's also drooley all the time, too!
