..way too soon!
I mentioned in a previous post about how teething wasn't really bothering Logan. Well, guess what?! Molars seem to be a whole other ballgame! My poor girlie is in some major pain. =( Her gum, where the molar is coming in, is so swollen. I can only imagine how painful it is. She is not even sucking her thumb anymore as it seems to bother her when she does!
With all this pain also comes a lack of sleep. She just cannot seem to get comfortable. Jordan and I have been taking turns sleeping with her on the couch for the last two nights. Hopefully, soon this little booger will pop on through her gums.
For now, tylenol and baby orajel are our friends.

A few pictures from Charleston
The latest haps with Lo
Dear blog fans,
Sorry to leave you hanging for so long. Logan and I have just been so busy. We spent a week in Macon and then a few days in Augusta. After that, we spent a weekend in Charleston.
So, I thought I would catch you up on the world of Lo. Logan has been a very busy girl. She is motoring around by crawling extremely fast and laughing. Her second favorite thing to do right now is stand at the back door and bang on the glass for Woogy. Her very favorite thing to do at the moment is drop every item out of her play yard and say "uh oh." As a matter of fact, pretty much everything is "uh oh" right now.
She is getting new teeth, so she has three on top and two on the bottom. I also think she may be getting a molar. So far, she doesn't seem to be bothered by them. She is pretty much down to one nap a day. However, this really depends on what we're doing each day. Sometimes she will take two naps.
Also, Logan is completely weaned! April 13 was the last time I nursed her. I can't believe that we made it a year and one month (who's counting?!) I can remember soon after she was born, setting short goals and as I'd reach those goals, I'd set another. Soon enough, it became so easy it was like second nature. For all the soon-to-be moms out there, I strongly encourage you to nurse. No one tells you how hard it is at first, so I'll tell you now... it ain't easy! The first few months are tough, but once you get through those, it is a breeze! Sorry to be all 'La Leche League,' but I seriously think it is one of the best things you can do for your baby.
Speaking of eating, Logan's favorite food right now is bread. Coming in a close second, are bananas. The baby goes crazy at the site of bread. It is nearly impossible to take her to a restaurant. We've begun the fine art of 'tag team' dining. Jordan and I will trade turns entertaining or walking around with Logan while the other eats. Fun times!

Logan and Mimi
Logan went on her first trip to Macon about 2 weeks ago. We stayed with my grandmother, Mimi. We had a great time helping Mimi get situated in her new house.

Ready for summer!
Logan tried on her swimsuits today to make sure they fit. She is all set for the scorching summer weather!
