Logan had a blast playing golf with her daddy yesterday in the front yard. Jordan said she even made contact with the ball once or twice. Watch out Tiger!

Logan meets Santa!

I took Logan to see Santa the other day and she was thoroughly unimpressed. I was expecting at least a little whimper or fuss about having to sit in this strange man's lap. However, Logan just really didn't seem to care. I honestly think she didn't know what to think! When we were waiting in line, she said a few 'Ho Ho Ho's,' as that is her favorite thing to say right now. Well, second to 'no no'.... -But, once it was actually her turn, she didn't have anything to say to him. Forget trying to get her to smile. All we could get was a stone-face. Finally, I tickled her and the above picture was the best we could get. She's hoping she is more impressed with him on Christmas morning!

Speaking of 'Ho Ho Ho,' Logan says this for any type of Christmas decoration she sees. This includes: lights, trees, snowmen, reindeer, etc... All Christmas paraphernalia gets a 'Ho Ho Ho.' She even practices 'Ho Ho Ho'ing' while she should be sleeping. Jordan and I love to listen to her chatter on the monitor every night while she is supposed to be sleeping. It is so funny to hear her running through her list of words. Recently, we've heard a lot of the 'Ho Ho Ho!'

Logan's new sweater and other news...

Logan is modeling a sweater that I just finished for her. She was very excited about it and didn't want to take it off! I'm very happy to be finished with it and hopefully, she'll get a lot of wear out of it.

We got our Christmas tree last Monday... finished decorating it on Wednesday... it fell on Thursday. Three out of the four years that we've been married, our tree has fallen. This time, it actually fell on me. Good thing it didn't hurt and it wasn't really heavy! Talk about being frustrated about redecorating the tree. I'm hoping this tradition of tree falling does not continue! I think next year, I'll be in charge of standing the tree in the stand. =)

I also forgot to mention that I made Jordan go to 'toys r us' on black friday. That's right, we woke up super early with all the other crazies and were there at 5am! It actually wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be. We were in and out of the store within thirty minutes and actually back in the bed by 10 after 6am. Don't worry, we didn't leave Logan all alone. We were at my parents' house. I think I shall make this something we do every year.... kidding. I'm not sure black friday is all it's cracked up to be.

Over Thanksgiving, I got to spend some time with my dear friends. It is a rare occasion that jaime, julie and nan are all in town at the same time. We spent some quality time shopping and going out to eat. On Saturday afternoon, Logan and Lelia (nan's little girl) got to play together for a while. It's always fun to get some girl time!
